JETSURF Kuwait FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about riding, maintaining, servicing, and owning a JETSURF board in Kuwait.
Can I ride a JETSURF board in salt water in Kuwait?
Yes. JETSURF boards are suitable for salt water riding, including Kuwait coastline and marina areas. After every ride, rinse the board thoroughly with fresh water, clean the cooling system as instructed in the user manual, and complete the recommended post-ride maintenance to help protect the board from salt build-up.
What warranty is included?
Warranty coverage depends on the model, purchase type, and official JETSURF warranty terms at the time of purchase. New boards generally include factory warranty coverage for eligible main parts, while pre-owned boards and spare parts may have different coverage periods.
Warranty requests in Kuwait are reviewed according to JETSURF official conditions, including proper use, regular maintenance, and service history. Racing-only models may have limited or no factory warranty depending on the model.
What is DFI, or Digital Fuel Injection?
DFI stands for Digital Fuel Injection. It is JETSURF fuel injection system designed to deliver a more controlled fuel mixture directly through the injection system.
Compared with traditional carburetor-style setups, DFI can help improve acceleration, fuel efficiency, performance consistency, emissions, and day-to-day maintenance. It is especially useful for riders who want a smoother ownership experience.
How should I maintain my JETSURF board in Kuwait?
Kuwait salt water, heat, sand, and humidity make proper maintenance very important. Use high-quality fuel, use the correct two-stroke full synthetic oil when required, rinse the board with fresh water after every ride, keep the battery or ICU charged, inspect the spark plug regularly, and lubricate the required parts according to the manual.
Do JETSURF boards come with a maintenance manual?
Yes. JETSURF boards include user documentation, and maintenance guidance is available to help you understand post-ride care, fuel and oil requirements, charging, cleaning, and routine checks. Our Kuwait team can also guide you through the recommended care process when you receive your board.
Do I need to mix fuel and oil?
Some JETSURF models require a two-stroke fuel and oil mixture, commonly at a 1:50 ratio, while requirements can vary by model and engine type. Always follow the user manual and the setup instructions provided with your specific board before riding.
Is service available in Kuwait?
Service and support are available through the JETSURF Kuwait team. We can help with regular service checks, troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, parts support, and warranty request handling based on the condition of the board and the official JETSURF service requirements.
I need help troubleshooting my board. Can you assist?
Yes. Contact our Kuwait team and we will help you identify the issue, explain the next steps, and advise whether the board needs inspection or service. Please share your board model, recent usage, fuel and oil details, and any photos or videos of the issue so we can assist faster.
